- Services: We provide holistic vocal coaching through two main channels: Online Courses (digital content and live sessions) and In-Person Workshops (Richmond and other locations).
- Booking & Payments: All bookings must be confirmed through our official system. Fees for online courses are due in full upon registration to grant immediate access.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy: * In-Person Sessions: Due to limited places, bookings are non-refundable. If you provide at least 7 days' notice, your payment may be converted into a credit for future workshops or online courses at our discretion.
- Online Courses: As digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, online courses are non-refundable.
- Health & Wellbeing: Our programmes are holistic and designed for personal growth; they do not replace clinical medical treatment for vocal pathologies.
- Intellectual Property: All materials, videos, and techniques shared are the property of the Academy and are for your personal use only.
